All the activities are accessible from a easy to navigate calendar. This same page can also appear publicly on your web site to be seen by your prospects. You can use the calendar for special events, trips or the Halloween party, or to remind of recurring activities such as parent meetings or the day to pay the kindergarten tax.

Gradinet also provides a system for parents to confirm their (or their child's) participation at an activity (where applicable). Parents can see who else will be attending, while you can download the list in Excel. Parents are notified about activities by 2 emails: one a month before, and another one just one day before. Of course, all this is customizable for each activity.

There is no limit on the number of activities you can add. For each you can select what classes will be attending. A parent will get the activity on the calendar, and the emails about it, only if his child is in one of these classes.
