Each parent can see exactly what he owes your kindergarten (in taxes and subscriptions), and the deadline for each payment

Some of the taxes are automatically created and associated to the parents, such as the subscriptions to the optional services. You also have the possiblity to create your own taxes and associate them to individual parents, to a whole class or to everyone subscribed to a service - for example, the kindergarten tax, which can be different for each tax.

Each parent will be automatically emailed 5 days prior to the payment deadline.

You can also choose to register the tax payments into the system. In this case, both you and the parents will have a list of payments completed. The payment will be visible to the parent, while you will have access to various reports.
